1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using XoCodeX services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

XoCodeX provides web development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, and digital consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
• E-commerce platform development and integration
• Digital transformation consulting
• UI/UX design services
• Technical support and maintenance

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Project costs are determined based on scope and requirements
• Payment schedules are outlined in project contracts
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are subject to contract terms and project completion status

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. However, XoCodeX retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components. Third-party licenses and existing intellectual property remain with their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

XoCodeX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

6. Project Timeline and Deliverables

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and client cooperation. Delays caused by client feedback cycles, content provision, or scope changes may affect delivery dates. Final deliverables and acceptance criteria are defined in individual project agreements.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of work completed to date. All work products and materials will be provided based on payment status and contract terms.
